General Items That May Need Your Attention
- Required Documents
To rent a scooter, customers must provide:
- Passport or valid ID.
- International Driving Permit (IDP) or Indonesian driving license.

- Villa/hotel details.
We may request a deposit depending on the scooter model.
- Payment Terms
Payments can be made via:

Full payment must be completed before the scooter is handed over.

- Theft Policy
In case of scooter theft:
- A police report must be filed.
- The customer must inform us immediately.
- Replacement fees depend on the scooter model and condition.
Locking the scooter at all times is mandatory.
- Breakdown & Roadside Assistance
If a mechanical issue happens not caused by customer negligence, we will:
- Provide roadside assistance.
